As a mandatoy rule, a term project had to be submitted in third semester of EuroMPM. We took the regular courses on quality management in University of Basque Country Bilbao, Spain. These courses covered 12 ECTS and rest 18 ECTS had to be covered by the term project. I have been working as Werkstudent in Ericsson Germany headquartered in Düsseldorf. Being associated in Project Management Ofice at Ericsson i used that opportunity and analysed the project management method of Ericsson which has its own project management method called Project for Project Steering (PROPS). I took some real projects those had been finished and some were ongoing for the analysis of operational excellence in project management there at Ericsson. Those projects were related to telecommunication companies like Vodafone, O2, T-Com etc. The term project was especially concentrated on operational excellence which had covered the analysis of financial and other resource utilization and the achievement of targets. It was helpful fo the review of the strategic review of the Ericsson Germany.
